InstantCelebrity is a Prodigy AI product. By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18, can bind the buyer, authorize the displayed one-time charge, and accept these terms and the Spotlight Rules.
Promotional purchase
InstantCelebrity sells a persistent sponsored listing in one selected category of a public attention market. Each category has an independent ladder and #1. Confirmed paid totals have no scheduled expiry while a profile remains live and compliant. Rank is not an opinion, award, endorsement, statement of popularity, or proof of celebrity. Paid placements are identified as sponsored. The service does not sell followers or likes and does not guarantee fame, traffic, or results.
Payment and refunds
Charges are processed by Stripe. Completed bids are normally final and non-refundable because public placement begins after payment confirmation. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or a refund InstantCelebrity chooses to issue for a duplicate charge or confirmed technical error. Contact support@instantcelebrity.lol before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated promptly. The entered bid is the ranking credit; applicable tax may be added and displayed by Stripe and does not increase rank. Any partial or full refund removes that entire bid from rank rather than prorating ranking credit. A disputed bid also stops contributing to rank; a dispute resolved without a payment reversal may restore its placement.
Your profile submission
You grant InstantCelebrity permission to display the submitted name, URL, pitch, platform, fame category, and associated public metrics. You represent that you own or are authorized to control and promote the profile, that the person is an adult, and that the destination complies with applicable law, these Terms, and the Spotlight Rules.
Availability and changes
InstantCelebrity may maintain, secure, or change the service and its anti-abuse methods. A material rule change will not erase a confirmed bid from ranking except after a refund, payment reversal, security action, legal requirement, or prohibited-content enforcement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and measurements are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantCelebrity does not warrant a particular audience, result, or uninterrupted operation. InstantCelebrity's aggregate liability for a claim relating to a bid will not exceed the amount paid for that bid, except where that limit is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
